Create a children’s video to play on the screens at the ALAROUS sales center. The client supplied the original story idea. My task was to adjust and develop the story, design Noura, create the storyboard and produce the film.

The starting point.

The idea.
Noura begins her adventure beside the water in the ALAROUS community. She explores a colorful underwater world, discovers a little fish trapped in a net and helps it escape, before returning to the waterfront at sunset. The story brings curiosity, friendship and helping others into a short film for children.
Creative approach
I worked from the client’s story idea, making adjustments and developing it further. I designed Noura and built a 16-scene storyboard that follows her emotions and the progression from discovery to helping the fish. The character’s diving outfit and the shift from the bright waterfront to the colorful underwater world connect the scenes.

Developing the client’s story
The original story idea came from the client. I adjusted it and developed it further for the children’s film.

Noura’s character design
I designed Noura, the central character who guides the audience through the adventure.

Storyboard
I created the storyboard, developing the visual sequence from the waterfront to the underwater adventure and the return at sunset.

Film production
I produced the film from the developed story, character and storyboard for playback on the sales-center screens.
